[Ovmsdev] OVMS on Apple Silicon Mac

Here’s OVMS iOS App running on an Apple Silicon MacBook Air. Installs and runs like an iPad App, either in a window or full screen. Notifications come in nicely, and preference settings in Open Vehicles / Preferences menu.

Works well, with zero changes.
