[Ovmsdev] dexters-web.de has moved to a new server

Everyone,

I've just moved dexters-web.de & ovms.dexters-web.de to a new server.

If you already used the name ovms.dexters-web.de to access the server, you don't need to change anything.

If you still want to or need to use the IP address, you need to change that to the new IP: 85.195.96.186

Port forwarding will be stopped in about two weeks.
