[Ovmsdev] Quick start info translation help needed

Everyone,

we're going to include a printed sheet with a multilingual quick start info with the next batch. In some countries that's a requirement for customs.

Please help us out on missing translations:

_English_:

• To configure your OVMS module: o Connect the module to your car / vehicle. o Connect your PC/tablet to the wifi access point "OVMS" with password "OVMSinit". o Open your web browser at http://192.168.4.1 o Follow the setup wizard steps.
