[Ovmsdev] SSL error?

I can't reproduce this from here & now, the connection works. Also, the 
certificate is valid:

- Certificate[0] info:
  - subject `CN=*.openvehicles.com', issuer `CN=GoGetSSL RSA DV 
CA,O=GoGetSSL,L=Riga,C=LV', serial 0x00f7ab603c192ea805072f3355cb3c1db5, 
RSA key 2048 bits, signed using RSA-SHA256, activated `2023-01-26 
00:00:00 UTC', expires `2024-02-12 23:59:59 UTC', 
pin-sha256="DKzmnK01VCoa+IG6Q40dsA2dDe1lWzJeX0P1ma36Pu8="

Possibly just a temporary glitch.
