[Ovmsdev] Ioniq 28kwh / ovms problems

Last time I had a similar effect (needing to power off to reboot) was
due to a subtle corruption of the /store partition. These still occur,
and in my case I could even write data normally to /store.
Doing a factory reset & restore of the last backup solved it for me.
The tool that might help debug this is the USB console. It works already
during the early boot phase, so will probably show some info on the
cause of a failing boot.
Unfortunately my trained reflex was simply doing the factory reset,
before thinking about capturing logs on my unit.
