[Ovmsdev] Ioniq 28kwh / ovms problems

My gut feel on this is that it is to do with the shutdown procedures. (And
possibly something I did).
I'm wondering if Michael Balzer can shed any light on what might be going
wrong or if he has some other tools that might help debug what is going on
with that.
