[Ovmsdev] Firmware release 3.3.003 to MAIN / 3.3.004 preparation

Weren’t there some issues with 3.3.003 regarding UART frame errors that were concerning and delayed the release?
Happy to release if you think those weren’t related, or we can just push 3.3.004 if ready?
