[Ovmsdev] Possible Manufactoring fault last Batch

Hi Mark.

The third module arrived today.
Besides some poor soldering on the GPRS Switch everything else looked fine.

My buddys module was also ok.

What about your module Jeromé?
Could you figure out why you had problems reading on the CAN-Bus?
