crash when calling 12 V history
Hello, since a few days my OVMS crashes as soon as I call the 12 V history monitor from the webinterface. The crash happens right after the click in the menu even before the history web page is loaded. I have not made any changes to my firmware recently nor any changes to the 12 V history at all. Yesterday I compiled the current version as a test, but the error occurs there as well. Attached is the information from a2l with the backtrace. Cheers, Simon
It's probably worth seeing if you can see the fresult that is being returned causing the issue.. Being logged in the vfs-fat debug stream :/. Michael On Wed, 3 May 2023, 1:38 am Simon Ehlen, <ovms@highteq.de> wrote:

Simon, the crash appears when loading the web UI plugin file, so that's probably corrupted. Which in turn means your /store partition is likely corrupted as well, so I'd recommend doing a factory reset & restore from your latest backup. You can try to edit the plugin in the plugin or text editor to see if it crashes then as well. Regards, Michael Am 02.05.23 um 19:38 schrieb Simon Ehlen:

Good morning Michael, thank you very much for your help. A 'module factory reset' did indeed bring back the 12 V history and as you suspected, calling the plugin in the editor had also resulted in a crash. What I noticed in addition is that the dashboard looks pretty empty. Not a single gauge is displayed. However, calling the dashboard does not result in a crash, but no values are read either. Is there anything else I can reset? Thanks a lot! Cheers, Simon Am 03.05.2023 um 08:13 schrieb Michael Balzer:

Hello Michael, unfortunately that did not help. In the development console I see that it cannot load the file assets/bootstrap-theme.min.css.map. Cheers, Simon Am 03.05.2023 um 10:10 schrieb Michael Balzer:

Simon, the css.map file isn't provided by the module. The actual error seems to be in the dashboard configuration, at least that's what could cause an eval syntax error as shown. That's the initial <script> block in the page response (use the network panel to see the full response). It should contain a valid JSON element.
