Hi, I was wondering if it would be possible to trigger the car alarm for 10s if charging is interrupted while the car is locked. I live right in the middle of Munich and don't have a garage where I can charge (really hard to find) close by. However I have some public charging stations very close to my home which I am regularly using. Unfortunately charging will be interrupted almost every second time now, because some people disconnect the cable. It is very annoying and I don't understand why people would do that. But it happens more and more. And it is also likely that it is the same people doing it. My hope is that some people would be scared away if the alarm goes off and not doing it the next time again. very good point. unfortunately the alarm of the EU model is not connected to the CAN bus. id someone find a link, i would like to get a Push notification \ SMS if the Alarm is triggered. I don't think anyone has found the 'trigger the alarm' function (if it exists), but there was some talk of being able to make the car beep-beep-beep if you send the lock/unlock codes quickly. After the current firmware code changes are completed, I plan to have a look to see if I can find the 'alarm sounding' (for Michael's request). I'll have a play with this at the same time. You may not even need to do the unlock first. I haven't tried this yet from OVMS but I know that my Roadster beeps on the first lock received by the key fob, but then it honks every time you press the lock button after that. So you might be able to just send a series of lock commands to coax some honking to occur. Cheers, Brian
