I don’t think the setting changes much for the limited usage we have. We would typically have zero files open on flash, and perhaps one file when tracing, etc. It made zero impact to the simplistic benchmark test I did (one file write/read). Regards, Mark

Doesn't seem so. I've added message count/drop statistics to the CAN logger: no drops within 3 minutes of full speed logging.
I think unless we really stress the filesystem with high volume parallel writes we won't notice any difference.
