That could be avoided: `OvmsConfig::mount()` could try mounting "store-v35" (or whatever the new name is) first, then fall back to "store".

That way "store" doesn't need to be relabeled at all, the system automatically uses the new partition if available.
Btw, we also don't need a store rollback command then, as "store" remains intact until step #3 does the final update of the partition table. Step #3 would then also rename "store-v35" to "store", to recover compatibility with older firmware builds.
