[Ovmsdev] Website changes

I’ve released a bunch of changes to the theme and design of the www.openvehicles.com <http://www.openvehicles.com/> website. Trying to make it more informative to new users. It is about half done (still got to do the pages for existing users, links, etc), but live now. Regards, Mark.
