[Ovmsdev] Pickit 3

Thanks to all who offered advice/help. I have now ordered a Pickit 3 programmer from RS Components - GBP31 That will arrive Monday so I have allocated some time Tuesday to get the first one up and running. I am doing the Ampera first. Paul
