Mark, it's labeled "3.2", but I guess we won't introduce a "v3.2" hardware/ota directory for it, since it's indistinguishable from 3.1 from the software perspective -- right? v3.2 modules are here. CE and ROHS certified. Fasttech should have them back in stock tomorrow, and the OpenEnergyMonitor shop in UK should have then next week for delivery within Europe.
