[Ovmsdev] Handling pilot signal interruption

Michael,

Actually the car commences charging when it sees the pilot signal 
return, so the charge current is above 8 amps.

I guess I'll wait to hear if any other folks on this list have an 
opinion on the best way to solve this. Or anyone that says "Please don't 
do that approach".

In the absence of anything I'll pick one of my workarounds and give it a 
try.
