[Ovmsdev] UI redesign in Android App - Needs beta testing

Chris,

the current feedback of the command being successful is the progress 
display on the button disappears without an error toast. But you're 
right, that can easily be missed, especially with a fast connection. An 
explicit success feedback would be better.

Regarding the "two homelink buttons", I assume you mean the quick 
actions on the home screen. Those are just the defaults, click long on 
the buttons to customize.
