[Ovmsdev] UI redesign in Android App - Needs beta testing

Everyone,

I've merged the UI redesign into `master`. I've been using this for 3
weeks now without issues, but I can only test my vehicle (VW e-Up), and
I still can only test the pure OBD installation on that one.

Please install the latest build
(https://github.com/openvehicles/Open-Vehicle-Android/tree/master/latest)
and test for issues with your vehicle types & configurations.

A big "thank you" to DFJ (Developer From Jokela), impressive work!

Regards,
Michael
