[Ovmsdev] Download log files

"a2l" is in the support directory: 
https://github.com/openvehicles/Open-Vehicle-Monitoring-System-3/tree/master/vehicle/OVMS.V3/support

Pass it the .elf file of the build that crashed & the backtrace to get 
the source lines.

Example:

"a2ll" is "a2l" with the output piped to less. You can pass both 
backtrace variants.

I keep the latest builds locally at hand and also provide the .elf files 
in the firmware repository on my server.
