[Ovmsdev] UI redesign in Android App - Needs beta testing

The apo crashes regardless how I open it.

I'm running on LineageOS (based on Android 14) without Google. I don't give the app GPS permissions.

@Michael: The old UI is still in the app. You can select it from the gear symbol under "Settings".
