Anyhow, as I've identified the SoC and milage signals already and can
extract them from traces I would like to go on with a real code change
and wonder about the best name for this case. Could you do me the favor
and comment in the github ticket to guide me on the naming?

Last but not least, I don't want to miss saying thank you for the great
tool you all here developed! Already being able to recod traces or
stream the traffic via network is really a big help in this reverese
engineering tasks and it's fun using it!
