If someone has the time, I'd like a peer-review of the following PRs:

  * https://github.com/openvehicles/Open-Vehicle-Monitoring-System-3/pull/896
    It's very straightforward - documentation issues fixed.


  * https://github.com/openvehicles/Open-Vehicle-Monitoring-System-3/pull/887
    lots of changes, as it is wolfssh conversion to a submodule. However
    everything should be fine.
    Automatic build are here:
      o equivalent(*) to this branch `convert-wolfssl-submodule` :
        https://github.com/llange/Open-Vehicle-Monitoring-System-3/actions/runs/4951592050


(*) "equivalent" because, as we don't (yet ?) have automatic builds on 
our repo, these builds are done on mine, and a few patches are added to 
master to enable those builds.
