[Ovmsdev] New module for BYD Atto 3

Hi All,

Just sharing that I’m currently working on a vehicle module for the BYD Atto 3. Have basics like SOC, moment in time battery current usage, odometer and speed, but still testing out that I have captured the states correctly when charging with an EVSE and haven’t yet tested at all with DC fast charging.

Any particular modules I should be using as a guide for the best way of developing a module?
