[Ovmsdev] Coulomb metrics !?

Ok, yes I understand that it can't be changed.  Weird that 'coulomb count'
is not actually in coulombs, but sure, it's merely a factor of 3600 out.
kC would be the SI equivalent that is closest in magnitude to Ah is the
reason I chose it (aH * 3.6)
