[Ovmsdev] SCP help and Cellular problem

No ssh.keys configured.
scp version: OpenSSH_9.0p1

I use user+password, but now i found the problem. In the documentation I
miss the -O option: Use the legacy SCP protocol for file transfers instead
of the SFTP protocol.
