[Ovmsdev] Passing of Steve Casner

Thanks for sharing this truly sad news. This is a great loss to the
Roadster and OVMS communities. I will miss Steve's postings and technical
contributions, but he will continue to be an inspiration.

My condolences to Steve's family and close friends.
