[Ovmsdev] OpenChargeMap read failed

Just noticed this; not sure when it started.  I open the OVMS app on my 
Android phone, and see a diagnostic pop-up that goes away in a few 
seconds, so hard to read the whole thing, but it repeatedly shows every 
so often.  It starts

OpenChargeMap read failed: 
https://api.openchargemap.io/v2/poi/?output=json&verbose=false&latitude=... 
with my lat / lon and more stuff after that.

Something need a thwacking?  The car is a 2010 Tesla Roadster 2.0. The 
OVMS is connected via WiFi to the home network, and the displayed data 
seems to be valid.
