[Ovmsdev] GPS theft alert

Besides the GPS lock we've got some additional GPS detail:

  * Receiver mode (v.p.gpsmode)
  * Satellite count (v.p.satcount)
  * HDOP (v.p.gpshdop)
  * GPS speed (v.p.gpsspeed)

Maybe these can help. I've added them to the L record and added a log 
output on flatbed alerts so we can see what they provide generally and 
during a false alert.

Note: on Teslas we copy the car GPS data so we may need special handling 
there.
