It might be possible to make an adapter between the two pinouts using
one or two layers of PCB.  But the OVMS v3.0 board made connections
the the pins on the end that are marked NC on the newer modules but
were active on the older ESP32-WROOM-32.  The v3.0 board has external
flash connected there, which wouldn't be needed, but I seem to recall
that the SD0-3 pins may have been used for some other function in
addition.
