[Ovmsdev] OVMS v3.3 hardware

Hello all.
I had very noisy readings of the 12v ADC. I tried to play with calibration
values, but no luck with it. Eventually I have connected 0.1 µF capacitor
to the ADC input, like described at "Minimizing Noise" article:

It might be worth considering this modification for the next hardware
version.
