[Ovmsdev] Willing to help adding Ampera-e/Bolt support

Hello Edwin
The most similar car to Bolt/Ampera-e is Chevrolet Volt. Try a Volt vehicle
with your car or use it as a template.
You will most likely need a swcan module to wake up the car.
