[Ovmsdev] Travis CI

Hi,

Google couldn't find anything in the archives. Due to my failure to test a build before a pull request I was thinking of adding a Travis CI build file to ensure pull requests actually compile.

Is there a reason this hasn't already been done? Is this something that you'd be interested in?
