You need to first install the expo app on your phone:

iOS: iOS App <https://itunes.apple.com/app/apple-store/id982107779>
Android: Android App <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=host.exp.exponent&referrer=www>

Then, scan the picture, or click on that exp: url.
