[Ovmsdev] A recent change is causing OVMS spam

Thanks for the prompt response, Mark.

Nearly every minute, I’m getting the following Notifications:

TRS0879
Not charging
SOC: -
ODO:38800.2Km..

I erred on my current version, which is 3.1.06.   I am now in the process of trying to web-flash the latest update.  Hoping that solves the issue.
