[Ovmsdev] Problem with Mac OS Mojave

Mark,

Thanks, indeed the fix was to let the App Store update Xcode.  That
takes longer than the OS update!  And why should the OS update
invalidate the already-installed version of Xcode?

I had started to do the update last night, but a quick (mis-)read of
some posts in the espressif forum about this led me to believe that
it might be necessary to use Xcode 9 rather than 10.
