[Ovmsdev] Nissan Leaf - Stop Charge

You'd think there would be a way to stop charging - if you have the vehicle
plugged in but not charging and start climate control it will activate
charging, then stop charging when you turn CC off.

Also, lock/unlock don't seem to work on my 2015 S, is it only for specific
models?
