[Ovmsdev] Nissan Leaf - Stop Charge

Nissan does not support charge stop. At least not from the original TCU. On pre 2016 models there is an option to stop charging at 80%. Could be interesting to log what happens when SOC reach 80%. My leaf is a 2016 and does not have that function.
