[Ovmsdev] Attention: esp-idf upgrade still breaks configuration

I tried to replicate the fault on both my desk and car modules. Neither could repeat the fault (using IDF version you requested). I guess in that case, no point trying the fix?

I am wondering if completely wiping flash, and re-installing from scratch, would work to recreate the problem?

Anyway, I will try again tonight on a couple of brand new modules, to see if we can see the problem there. Probably good to take a raw backup of the flash partition first.
