[Ovmsdev] Attention: esp-idf upgrade still breaks configuration

My module also still does not reproduce the bug, and I already tried wiping the flash (make erase_flash), which didn't "help". Also again tried
cooling down the module to near 0 °C without any effect.

I can still try with the module I use in my car, but that's a second batch module.
