[Ovmsdev] OVMS v3 pricing

Looks good, a lot bang for the buck. Maybe add the CPU clock of 240 MHz to the specs.

Is the 8th EGPIO line now also available on the expansion slot and DB26 connector?

How will a v2 owner qualify for the discount?
