[Ovmsdev] Chart lib for the web UI (was Re: Auto start/init)

Chartist-js seems fine for what we need.
For gauges, I am talking about something like Torque. The ability to create a dashboard with gauges mapped to metrics. Useful both on web and on Apps. Anyway, not at all urgent or high priority.
