[Ovmsdev] Special cable for Kia Soul EV for OVMS V3.

On the Fiat the OBD connector is "upside down" and faces forward, I've not
investigated turning it over. A cable opposite the one pictured above, with
a left edit, would be better. The cable would go to the middle of the cabin
and be tied up behind the trim.
