The immediate problem with v2.5 is the 2g networks getting turned off in the next few years. The local interest for 20 is for a fleet that can afford to upgrade later when required. Cars may even be replaced before that happens. Personally I can't see me giving up my leaf any time soon, and I'm looking forward to two can interfaces, so I can track odometer and SOC and get some real efficiency data. The fleet cars are most interested in GPS and SOC, which v2.5 is fine as is.
