[Ovmsdev] Special cable for Kia Soul EV for OVMS V3.

Great 🙂

I’ve already ordered a pigtail cable, so we’ll see what we can find out. 
The navigation and climate control is on the M-bus, so I hope we will find something useful on that bus.
