[Ovmsdev] Android update 3.4.0

Hi,

this brings back cellular usage statistics, using hellocharts lib -- not 
sure about the previous implementation, there was just a button 
remaining from that.

I chose hellocharts because of it's looks, performance and 
functionality. I'll try to implement some history data views using it as 
well -- if there are no problems with the lib.

Please test and tell me...
