this brings back cellular usage statistics, using hellocharts lib --
not sure about the previous implementation, there was just a button
remaining from that.<br>
<br>
I chose hellocharts because of it's looks, performance and
functionality. I'll try to implement some history data views using
it as well -- if there are no problems with the lib.<br>
