[Ovmsdev] Twizy : Symptomes of a failing charger

Hi Julien,

thanks for sharing, that sure looks like the charger issue, dropping and 
moving charge power has been reported before as a pre-failure sign.

Be aware the "fix" provided by Renault will mean you get a charger that 
works a little bit slower, i.e. they restrict charge power to ~2000W 
instead of the 2.300W max with gen 1. But charge times are normally only 
extended by a few minutes.
