[Ovmsdev] Connection issues

Matt,

One thing glaring is the flapping between Orange and TMO. Can you try to GSMLock to just one (preferred) provider (using PARAM_GSMLOCK, #13)?

The log itself shows "PDP: DEACT" - which means it can't establish GPRS. The COPS gets through ok, so it managed to connect to GSM ok - which would seem to indicate the antenna and basic network reception was ok.
