[Ovmsdev] OVMS Android localization

Mark,
attached you find the translation. I found a mistake in the original one 
<string name="Yes">Yse</string>
<string name="Setings">Setings</string>

Please have a look at the german translation in the app, as german language is often much longer and might not fit all buttons. It should also be checked by other german people if the translation fits the context.
