We purchased a cable for the RAV from:

For the LEAF, you'll want a right angle cable connector so it doesn't stick
straight down into your knees. It might be worth asking Gary Giddings what
cable he uses. It's probably also buried in the threads on MNL, but I don't
have the patience to find it.
